Affiliate Marketing Services

The Supplier shall develop and implement an affiliate marketing program for the Company, and shall undertake the following activities as per the Company’s instructions and requests:

Assist the Company with the planning, development and implementation of the affiliate marketing program
Support the Company’s efforts in the acquisition of new clients through the affiliate marketing program
Identify potential new affiliate partners for the Company though various channels, including but not limited, through social networks, marketplace sites, blogs and websites
Undertake the onboarding of new affiliate partners to the affiliate program of the Company
Assist the Company with the research of potential affiliate partners and the development of programs to incentivise subscription to the Company’s affiliate program

Develop and maintain relations both with existing and new affiliate partners
Assist the Company with the management of affiliate relations and optimisation of the affiliate program
Monitor the affiliates’ activity by measuring and analysing performance, and identifying areas of improvement and optimisation of performance
At the request of the Company, to undertake the preparation of reports for measuring the affiliate program’s performance and metrics, measuring the number of affiliates, conversion rates, number of conversions per affiliate and other metrics.The company shall provide the above targeting clients either on its own or on behalf of clients
